How to place an order
Use the menus at the top of the page to browse each of Monty’s categories. You can also search for a specific item by using the SEARCH text box in the top right corner of each of the store’s pages. To obtain further information or purchase an item, click on the picture of the product and you will be taken to that item’s page, with details about the product. When you are ready to complete the order, remember to check all of the items placed in your shopping trolley. If you decide that you do not want a specific item, go to the trolley and click on the REMOVE. When you have all of the items that you want to buy, click on the BUY NOW.
Secure payment – How to check out
When you are ready to complete your order, make sure that you check all of the items that you have placed in your shopping trolley. If you do not want a specific item, click on REMOVE ITEM. When you have added all of the items that you want to purchase, click on the BUY NOW button and complete your order. You will need an email address to place an online order. If you do not have one, you can contact our customer services department by calling (+34 945 13 52 02) and place your order. The prices of the products will be the ones that appear on our Website at any given time, excluding obvious errors. Although we try to ensure that all prices that appear on our Website are correct, errors may occur. If we find an error in the price of the products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. The order will be deemed to be cancelled and all sums paid will be fully refunded. We will not be obliged to supply you with the products at the incorrect lower price (even if we have sent you the “Order Confirmation”) if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and you would be reasonably able to recognise it as an incorrect price
Payment methods
Credit card payment – Secure Electronic Commerce SEC (Secure Electronic Commerce) is the secure online payment system. When using this payment system, when we connect with your bank, in addition to the necessary payment information (card number, expiry date, security code, etc.) it will request an additional 4-digit personal security code. This system is used to identify the owner of the card, as it is a number that the user personally receives from the bank and it is not written on the card itself. Products in stock
We cannot guarantee the immediate availability of all products, in all sizes and colours. You will find information about availability on the page with the details of each product, before selecting the colour and size. We continuously update our stock levels, so check back soon.
Sales taxes
The total amount that appears on the order confirmation includes taxes (VAT) and shipping costs. Prices are given in €. If you make the payment by bank transfer, you will only transfer the exact amount specified in the order confirmation. If you have placed more than one order, make a separate bank transfer payment for each order, using the exclusive reference number that appears in the order confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to 5 days to be completed. Your order will be processed on the business day following the date on which we receive the payment.
